Just need some advise -

Should I be happy with a install height of 1.750 = 113lbs
or go for 1.700 = 134lbs
1.700 would mean I need to get shims cause I have enough to achieve 1.750

One other thing, Do I put the shim under the seal or on top ??

Second sticky down at the top of this forum section page.
Read through it all, very good info.

I would sure shoot for 134 pounds, and the shims to do it right are pretty cheap.

Yep you definitely want 125-134 and the shim goes under the seal. Be sure you are including the seal integrated shim height into you calculations or you may end up binding the spring and breaking a rocker. The seal is .045. Also fully compress the spring before doing your calculations so that it takes its initial set.
