Yes they can.

Making sure didn't know if there was a difference in 6.0 and 6.4 mounting. Do you know how much you want for the tranny?

Mounting bolts should be the same. But I think you will need a different flex plate, and I think the internals/computer may be different. Not sure, let somebody with more knowledge chime in.

1000.00 including the converter. Converter has less the 10,000 highway miles on it. NO TOWING.

tranny will work fine bolting it straight in. converter is different. 8 mounting tabs instead of 6 on the 6.0. you could possibly use the converter in a 6.0 if you use a 6.4 flex plate, but I don't have either to do the necessary measurements. I'm guessing it would work, but not 100% sure. BTW, KILLER price on the trans w/ converter. you throw prices like that around, and I bet there'll be a fight of who gets it first. wish I was in a position for it.
