Looks like either you are missing valves or the entire top of the piston is gone in that hole.

Or, your gauge is leaking.

I wish it was the gauge but all the other cylinders are around 300-330. Don't understand because the last compression test I did about a year ago were 380+ but you can bet the new truck or new engine wont be getting the banks intake I had on it.

I have a stock intake off my 02 you can have. All you'll need is the L99-03 intake boot.
