What you are looking for a is timer that allows the EGT and oil temps to cool down before it shuts the engine off right?

Basically a "Turbo" timer.

Buy a remote starter.
You can push the button on the remote, pull the keys out, and it will run for the amount of time it is programmed for.
Plus you get a remote starter!

exactly what I was scrolling down to suggest

I use mine for this after towing or EGT's are over 600

i just hit the remote start while it's running
get out and lock/arm the truck it will shut of after a predetermined time up to 15 minutes
