Coolant Additive

Went on a road trip with a buddy today, drove a little over 400 miles with it at 80 mph+ most of the time. Then when we came out from the restaurant this message pops up. Any ideas on what to do? Has 10,500 miles, was just deleted tuned and straightpiped at 9,500.

Might be wrong but I am pretty sure that message means you have to test the coolant, I got a kit from my Ford dealer that has all the test strips and instructions to do so.

Happened to me also at 12k. Quick trip to the dealer and it's fine. They performed the tests on the coolant and I was on my way.

Dealer checks pH of coolant. Nothing to worry with.

You can go into the truck settings and reset that coolant additive message just like you reset the change engine oil message. It's just another reminder to check the ph level on the coolant. It is normal.
