coolant filter parts

Looking for the T 3/4 x 3/4 x 3/8 that goes in the hose. who sells just the parts not a whole kit.

It is readily available in plastic.

I had a plastic one. I built my own kit. The plastic one broke after 2 years blowing coolant all over the engine. I need a brass one.
