I've got an '04 6.0 and I'm losing coolant somewhere. Everything is dry, can't find any leaks, oil looks great, coolant temp has always between 181 and 186 degrees. No loss in power. I've got the EGR delete, head studs, Warren Diesel injectors, SCT with custom tunes from River City Diesel. I have no symptoms of a problem other than loss of coolant. I've added just under a gallon of coolant in about a year's time. I don't get it, I would think the problem would have shown itself at some point. Any advice would really be appreciated.

Did you pressure test the cooling system yet??? look around the heater control valve.i seen a lot of leaks there.
