Cooper maxx st tires

Anyone run them? Was thinking about the for my 2012 dually service truck and getting 255/80/17's. Dont want something thatll wear super fast or be too loud.

We used them on 06 f350 srw truck and the wore out in about 20k for us, but pretty much any tires do on our diesel trucks, they see gravel roads a lot. Most people here like st maxx. There was no noise problem at all.

Have been running a 295/70/18 since last spring and they are wearing great. Still probably 3/4's tread left. Will be buying another set once these wear out.

I had that size on my f350 dually and wore them out in 30k towing heavy at least 75% of the time. A little road noise but not bad

Had them on a Tacoma, a 250, and now putting the stt maxx on my 350

Our work truck, 3500 duramax, last summer had a set and they worked great towing on pavement and were pretty good on gravel or regular dirt roads for how worn they were, 4-6/32,but they werent the most impressive in mud. They got replaced with duratracs which were much better offroad but a little louder and squirmy on pavement when towing. I want to say they were 275/65/18s iirc
