I love this setup. Truck runs strong and SCREAMS going dowb the road. Laggy if your used to the stock turboes but takes about a week to get used to when to use the tow/haul and when its unnecessary. Haha. Eric is suppose to have a tune for me to try out and see how I like it but never have enough time to make it happen lol. I'm gonna post some videos of 0-55 under normal acceleration because there's not many out of normal driving. 7.3 at idle, mean 6.0 at WOT. Can def get smoky when you put your foot down but cleans its up conpletely. Ive said I wantes to stay with stock fuel because I don't wanna break it, but I believe this spring or late winter the truck will be back down MPD getting RCD cp3 and 60% nozzles ;)
Oh yeah, MPD also finally finished leveling it for me while it was on the lift haha

just curious but I have heard horror stories about the cracked pistons did you see elevated oil temps by like 20-30 degrees or is it a temp of like 2 or 3 degrees above? Sweet build waiting for someone to do this around my house for on the street

IH Pistons, RCD push rods and springs. Def feels like a lot of power. When it lights its sick!

Temps were fine. I think failures have more to do with high pressure and no gate with big tunes.

In my garage, next to the beer.
So, for someone like me who is planning on doing studs and upgrading the valvetrain should I bite the bullet and go ahead and put in IH pistons at the same time. I don't have any huge plans for the truck like fuel, nozzles....maybe some bling from No Limit.

International maxxforce 7 pistons. International motors run a different piston to help with cracking and melting. They have a much larger bowl and better final machining.
