crank no start with codes

father in laws 7.3 will crank but no start. cranks kind of slow. codes are p1670

truck is 2000. probably about 230,000 miles. never had any major work done. no injectors or anything like that.

Charge or replace batteries. Check battery connections, including grounds. Check starter.
