I've got a FASS 150/95, Fuelab, sump, regulated return and custom braided stainless lines and anodized fittings. Here's some pics.

Custom fuel system, here goes the list....

TSD sump>5/8 line to water seperator>to A1000>1/2 line from pump through fuel filter>1/2 to the valley where it Y's off to 2 3/8 lines that feed the back of the heads, out the front>into the regulator and then 3/8 return into the tank.

Set to 60 psi
All fittings from Jegs or in town supplier

Hellman sump, DAHL 200, Aeromotive 11110 Marine pump, Aeromotive SS filter, Russell "Y" block, Aeromotive Marine HP regulator, Fuel cooler, check valve...various insulation sleeves, and covers, etc.
-No stock lines, stock fuel filters and pump removed, no banjo bolts.
-All lines are -12, -10, -8, and -6 braided stainless steel.

Are the 6.0 fuel systems ran the same way as the 7.3s?... Y block to the heads then out of the heads into a reg return? And are the fittings in the same spot front and back, Basically like the 7.3?

Pretty much the same yeah, but a 7.3 has feed lines on opposite ends, one feeds in the front of a head, the other side feeds in the back. 6.0 has both feeding in the front. Both are same basic design of deadhead systems though.

Nothing fancy with mine but it works. Hellmans sump to a FASS 150 feeding the back of the heads and off the front of the heads to a regulator and back to tank. Sits at 60psi no matter what.
