cylinder balance rates

Having a lil trouble deciphering what's going on... at idle it shows negative cruising it almost levels out flooring it goes positive and with the motor killed it's saying -5xx? What gives?

A cylinder balance test is only accurate at a idle or fixed RPM, if you have control of the throttle, and are working it how could it accurately measure?
