Yeah fuel and oil have to be read with gauge...but both easy to get to.

LPOP can be checked by opening filter canister and pressing the drain block an watching it fill.

Where can I read HPO pressure? Is there a port on the cooler or something?

Things like this show you how convenient those billet filter caps are with the ports built in!

Ok got a chance to check a couple things.

ICP...KOEO 31.72 psi
Idling actual 804
Idling desired 807
Idled up around 1200 rpm actual was 775-785 range, desired was 770-790 range. We are taking a road trip tomorrow. Will have about 5000lbs behind the truck. Going to watch things during that ride and will post back.

Cam position sensor level read low constantly. The whole time I was checking it said low the entire time. But, also said no fault on that either at any point.

CMP & CKP in sync... Constantly went from yes to no. Like would be no for a few seconds, then would go to yes. Then back to no. Seemed like when it changed from one to the other you could hear the truck change sound. If that makes sense.

Another thing we started to notice. When you put the truck in drive, mash the brake and idle it up with the lights and the blower running, the lights will brighten then dim, brighten then dim, interior lights do the same, and you can hear the blower speeding up and down. AE shows 14.5V at idle. Actually saw it go up to 15V at one point. Batteries are good, alternator is around 2 years old. Is the voltage reading that AE gives accurate? I'm wondering if he needs a new voltage regulator. I know older vehicles used to do that when that regulator was on the fritz.

And one more thing. He said at times when he goes to pass someone, if he gets on it hard, all of his gauges will sweep all the way to the right, then all the way left, then up to normal. What would cause that?

Sorry this got long winded. Just trying to give plenty of info so maybe you experts can give me some ideas.

Cruising along about 60, trailer in tow, ICP actual vs desired stays very close together.

Replaced the crank sensor last night. Still saying cam and crank sensors are not in sync. Well, still bounces back and forth from yes to no. Still says no fault with cam sensor.

Says EBP sensor can't read because of another sensor fault. No DTC's so I'm not sure what sensor that would be.
