Can anybody tell an axle tag # from a 99-04 f-350 dually non cab and chassis with 3.73 ratio?

Code # on the vin sticker or actual # on the tag on the backside of the housing?

They will be different on some 99 models.

Code on the housing. Looking for a Dana 80 for my 06 that will bolt right in. I found a junk yard that has a bunch of dually axles and need the code.

You are gonna want one out of a cab and chassis. They are shorter and will stay tucked in under your SRW bed. We had one in our truck before we went ODL

I believe it is 3L on 05up.

Tag on the rear cover bolt should have it to.
