DashDAQ Update Question

Im trying to update my dashdaq so I can use it to monitor. Its never been updated since I bought it early 2009. I've got the latest firmware downloaded and sent to the device, but I cant figure out how I need to set up the SD card to get everything on there. The card is formatted and whenever I put it in the dashdaq and hook it up to the truck it wont read anything on it, even the tuning files update that is supposedly on it. Any help is appreciated.

When you stick your card into your computer, what file folders are on it? What are in the folders?

Nothing originially. Was a new SD card, formatted it in the dashdaq. Copied the tuning files folder over to the card after downloading the update from spartans website. So only that folder with all the tunes. Where does the config file go? I put that on there also but that wont come up either. When I get to the step to scan for signals I get nothing no matter how many times I scan. Website says it should be 31 generic and 32 ford specific.
