Derale 4r100 transmission pan

ok, guys i have a brad new derale deep pan wih the cooling tubes.. im going to be haing a new transmission with a 6.0 cooler installed soon so im gonna let this thing go.. the only thing i dont have is the original box and the gasket that came with it. the box got wet and i tossed the box forgettng that the gasket was in it. but any pan gasket will work fine with it. $70 shipped here are a couple of pictures of it
