Door lock issues

Hey all, so my 2009 f350 is having some issues with door locks. I have blown the 17 fuse on several occasions when the alarm goes off. I have an aftermarket alarm as well. Yesterday it smelt like something was burning after the alarm went off and now my door locks wont go up or down again. I checked the fuse and it is ok, tried another fuse it is ok. I can hear the click in the fuse box and it sounds like something in the doors wants to work. Is there another fuse or relay that could be responsible? Did i burn out a wire? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. All four door locks won't work. The lights flash like it is arming but nadda.

It sounds like something in the alarm has shorted out a wire/circuit. Depending on the install method it could be a loose connection as well. I would start with looking over all the wires in the modules, or just getting that alarm replaced.

Turns out it is the junction box apparently.
