Ok getting my hand on an old sct livewire starting to look at delete pipes do I need the bungs or not to re install sensor?

using the bungs is the easy way as it keeps the sensors protected. technically, the sct only requires the sensors to be active in the circuit so you could use a pipe without bungs and just tie the sensors up under the truck.

Yes with the SCT you have to get the exhaust with bungs of leave them plugged up, and zip tied up or leave them dangling.

yup. and they have to function. What i mean is if you have a bad sensor, you will get a high idle even if it is plugged in.
