E99 build questions.

My boss has this E99 reg cab and the drivetrain out of the blue one that was also E99. Has bad trans.

Reg cab has ATS trans. Don't know what stage.
TS6. 5 inch ex. And aftermarket turbo wheel. Idk which one but its deff not stock.CAI. Gunna build the motor from blue truck and drop in the Reg Cab.
I know things like.
Up pipes
Turbo
Injectors
Hpop
Head studs
What else should i look into??
Idk what kinda power he's looking for but if it was mine I would about 600-750 hp. It is 4 wheel drive.
I have a pretty good understanding of the 7.3 I've been working on them since they came out.
I know there a lot of build threads here and I'm gunna browse around.

At 6-700 hp, you should seriously consider a partial fill on the block, and mainstuds. Good machine work, balance, a good damper, and get the trans looked at!

I talked to him and he's says about 500/600

He has a ATS trans now but said he would like to use the trans from a 6.0 . That's the 5r110 right? What do I have to do to make it work with the E99?
We're gunna take a year or so to do this its a side project kinda thing. So if we have to do rods or any internal work to strengthen it that's not a problem. It's gunna be his Sunday driver when it's done so it's not out racing every weekend.

Way too much work to make a 5r work in a 7.3, forget about it and build the 4r.
