E99 motor, Trans & T-case

Finally got the drive train out of my part out. Here are the details.
E99 Forged rod motor with 175k. I installed it @ 100k and it has run flawlessly since. Heads were off prior to install for inspection. I just did a compression test and it has 380-400psi on all cylinders. Here is what is done to it @ 100k prior to install.
New Ford oil pan
New Ford AD injectors (7)
New Ford Reman HPOP, IPR & ICP
Dieselsite 205* T stat
Dieselsite HX crossover line
Dinofuel fuel crossover kit
New flex plate
03 turbo
New fuel feed lines to fuel bowl
New Airtex water pump

4R100 Trans was fully rebuilt 25k miles ago. Full TransGo Tugger kit was installed. HD RV converter from my local rebuilder. Fluid was flushed 10k ago.
Trans only had 1/2 season of plowing on it and was just mainly used as a daily driver since.
T-Case is used with 100k on it.

Engine complete As listed $2500 obo
Transmission $1200 obo
T-Case with new shift motor $350 obo

I would prefer pick up, But will crate for someone if they make the shipping arraignments as i have no way to move this stuff in my Excursion

how much for the oil and fuel cross over and also what about the turbo?? how does the 03 turbo work on the early 99??
