EBPV question

Anyone know where I can find a rebuild kit for a EBPV for a 97 250? Its my buddies truck and he wants to keep the valve on it but its leaking like hell.

What do you need to rebuild of it? Just the seals?

I think so. We havent tore it apart yet but thats where its leaking oil from. I know I can get a complete rebuild kit for my SD but if we can get just the seals I'll get those

I already checked it out and he doesnt have anything for it. I have a feeling Ill be calling the dealer on monday. Maybe I can just talk him into gutting it and not having to worry about it again lol

Yeah. Gutting it is smart. Diesel O Rings sells a turbo reinstall kit. It has the o rings for the EBPV in it.

The repair kit is a lot more then O-rings. The main part is an all new piston assembly for the EBPV.

I did some research on this part number and it is for 99.5-03. The OBS part number is 2C3Z-9P466-BB. Go figure, 1 letter different
