Edge EGT probe problems

So a little background real quick. Bought a CS and EGT probe in April. EGT probe stopped working in September . Edge has sent me 3 replacement probes and I even sent in my CS and upgraded to a CTS . Bolted it all up today . Nothing has changed. I'm starting to wonder if its not some OBDII problem or some type of electrical interference. Anyway here's a video

Have you replaced the cable that goes to the CTS? I pinched mine and broke one of the wires and it wouldn't work.

Yeah brand new wire

Every part of the system is brand new

have you had your cab off before it stopped working?

I had my cab off before it was ever installed in the first place

I have seen one not work cause the antilock break had a pin bent in the main plug

The EGT didn't work or the edge insight didn't work? This thing has me stumped

there was a short and wasnt giving the edge full function

Is this in the obdII port?
