edge insight issue

Has anyone else had an issue with there edge insight not turning on when using remote start?

Yes it does that everytime you use remote start. When you get in and turn the key on just touch the screen for a few seconds and it will start up.

Awesome thanks so much for your help. I was getting tired of turning off my truck and restarting it.
