I'm pretty sure this will work but I just wanted to make sure first. I'm going to try to convert my sinister EGR DELETE kit to a complete delete kit. I'm going to unscrew the silver pipe and thread in a plug. Then run a line from the oil cooler to the in of my coolant filter. Any thoughts or opinions?

Or if I can't find a plug I may cut here

and weld the end up.

You're going to experience a heavy restriction in the output port of the oil cooler, thus resulting in extremely high deltas. I wouldn't recommend it

Would the kit you offer fix that?
Or do you mean I should just rout it to the degas Bottle?

Possibly. i think the restriction will be the greatest in the filter head/filter. Atleast too much for the cooler to maintain optimum flow

Is that the line that the coolant filter T's into? The one with the valve.

yes but you want to hook in wear it comes back out of the heater core.

I guess I may need to do this....for the time being I hooked it into the degas bottle since i had a heluva time getting everything I need here in Germany today.

Found the perfect cap for the intake

My deltas are between 10-12 degrees apart with it going into the degas bottle. Do you really think running it to the post heater core line would flow better?
(I guess since the line is bigger?)

Its 18mm out of the cooler to 10mm then to the degas bottle.

Do not run it to the side of the degas bottle. That's tiny hose is too restrictive.
Just listen to these guys and run it to the heater core hose.
