Well the Deltas are definitely better now however, Im starting to think I may have a problem in the future..Im afraid my hose may rub up against the turbo piping and melt a hole in it. I hope I didn't create a less reliable truck..
On edit** just saw your above post. That line is going to melt and you'll have a system evacuation in a matter of minutes when it ruptures. Look into my kit and let me know if I can help

So i found out today:doh: after my coolant bath that i still need to put a freeze plug in the manifold to completely block off the coolant flow. What size is the hole in the manifold where the donut gasket goes? Im pretty sure i read it was a 3/4'' hole but not sure. also should i use a copper or steel freeze plug?
It's 3/4. i used a rubber expandable freeze plug, just clearanced the stud and nut to make sure it didn't contact the manifold. And for reference i put the plug in the front cover.
