EGR Failure

Anyone had one fail yet? Tuned or stock?

We have seen quite a few. Plugged coolers are fairly common, seen probably 3 valves fail. Have seen 2 sets of coolers blow so far. These were all on stock trucks...

My dad had his replaced under warranty on his '14. Probably about a year old with about 15-20K on it. Stock truck, F350 CCLB 4X4.

I've got a mint condition EGR. 2900km on it, in good working order and always stored in a heated garage haha.

Lol was just curious, tech at Ford said they havn't had any 6.7s with bad egr

I think we've established that "techs", no matter what brand they work for, know dangerously little about the trucks they're supposed to be "experts" at...
