Egt probe location

I bought a edge insight cts to monitor things and I'm not sure where the egt probe goes

The factory probe is smaller than the one that came with the cts so it won't fit in the hole unless I'm mistaken and it goes somewhere else

I believe the egt sensor you have is for a after market egr block off plate. Most of the aftermarket ones are 1/8inch. The factory ones are 1/4

So it does go in that factory hole I'll just have to drill it out

Yea I believe so. I haven't heard of the aftermarket egt sensor being larger than the factory ones though.
