Every 7.3 owner does since there's no codes to tell us exactly what's wrong like the newer truck have, codes just tell us that there is something wrong in most cases and we need to figure it out from there. Most 7.3 diagnostic help seems like it's just a bunch of very good guesses based on past experiences. Lol.
