Fabtech 3.5 spring hanger 99-03

I have a Fab Tech spring hanger kit. I purchased it to use on my 99. I got them cleaned up and a coat of chassis saver but I ended up w/ the 05 and sold the 99 before I could get them installed.

My buddy had a set on his 2000 and claimed it was 4" but they are listed as a 3.5".
