I realize this isn't a ford truck in any way, shape, or form. But is is a project that family and I are starting.
It's a 1967 Farmall 706 with the d310 German Diesel that my pap bought new. I've spent many days running this ole girl around the farm. About 6 years ago it was parked in the back corner of the shed because it started using oil and smoking pretty bad. Plus, we've stopped farming for the most part, accept for 25 acres or so of hay a year. We hooked a couple jump packs to it last weekend and to our surprise it started right up!
So the plan is: rebiuld the engine, find a turbo setup for it, lots of new trinkets that It needs(gauges, seat, steering wheel, knobs, ect...) rebuild the front end, lots of time and paint.

Beautiful!! My favorite would have to be 966 or 1066 maybe one day...

We have a 74 1066 that was dads big horse. It sits in the shed most of the year till hay season starts. Some day I'd like to restore it also, it has a year-round cab on that will be replaced by some fenders.

Good looking Massey! We also have a MF 50 we still use a lot, handy lil tractors.

I have a 856, love that tractor! We had an 806 when I was little. Farmall and internatinal tractors have always had a special place in my heart.

Sweet project you have going on. Looking forward to seeing progress

I will say on the to35 we were planning to maybe put 2k into it. Now that's it almost done we have about 7k in to restoring it. Once you start taking things apart you quickly find all the worn and slopped out parts.
