I am working on a 2007 f350 and the truck will not start, does not even attempt to fire so i test battery's both good, checked oil level checked fuel, The owner just put new fuel filters in from ford. So this is the weird part when i turn the key on i get no injector clatter so i pull the cover on top of the ficm and i have 48.3 volts with key on and 48.1 when cranking do i still have a bad ficm? There are no codes the gentleman said.
