flywheel upgrade

Anyone know of a good flywheel upgrade for a 97 f350 4x4 auto trans. Its a7.3 direct injection.

It's cracked. Not sure if there on lil better than stock but wont break the bank

I would bet something didn't get torqued correctly or trans is a little off.

I was told it was cracked. It runs makes a god offal noise but goes away when givin a lil gas

The next step is an expensive billet one. Before it leaves you stranded, pull the trans, put a good used flexplate back in and go you most likely wont ever have to worry about it

Wide open performance sells a stock flex plate that has been cryo treated for like $250 from my understanding this is what they run in most of their builds

I have had a flex plate sitting in the freezer for a few days now, im anxious to see how it holds up!

Mine is cracked where it bolts to crank. Looks like a job.

You can have it done in less than 2 hours, with nothing but ramps and a tranny jack.

And of course normal hand tools.

I got a stock replacement for like 50$
