Just had the truck apart for a new oil cooler. Flushed the piss out of it before hand...both block plugs out, water hose in the tank with it running. Gallons and gallons of water ran through it. Was crystal clear when I stopped flushing it. Fast forward to today. Filled it with distilled water, fired it up and let it idle. After 5 mins or so, I noticed water was getting a dirty cloudy color, and was a slight bit foamy. There is no way anything was left over in the system after the flush I did. After idling for about 15-20mins total, already had a good bit of pressure in the system. Upper rad hose was quite firm, and cracking the cap let off a noticeable amount of pressure. Had a feeling HG's were gone for a while now, but now I'm starting to wonder if instead of HG, I just have a cracked head. Thoughts? What's causing the foam? Haven't drained the system again yet...still too hot. Will be a few days before I do.
