Im having a temp issue. first my truck was just getting hot running my normal 10 degree delta causing me to slow down to let it cool. Then it developed into my coolant running 5-10 degrees hotter than my oil. popped my hood and there was evidence of collant spray on battery cover. Filled with coolant and went down the road. functioned fine then happened again. I just replaced the injectors in the truck and got rid of my bulletproof egr and replaced it with a ******. Truck has studs, coolant filter, fuel spring, ect.

Cracked tank, bad cap, or could still be blown head gaskets. Ive seen a few blow with studs, either from warped heads, improper installation, or crap gaskets...

What made you ditch the bulletproof cooler? Were you having these issues prior? If not I'd start with every hose and clamp that you touched before you experienced these new issues.
