ford gold or rotella elc, egr delete

so finally getting around to doing my egr delete this weekend and am going to flush the cooling system. Should i use the ford gold coolant or rotella elc? truck is out of warranty so dont have to confrom to fords rules anymore, just want to know which would be the best for the cooling system. Within the next few weeks the coolant filter will be installed also.

Alot of people use cat elc. Employee discounts are always a plus, that's why I run it.

I work for a cat dealer and we don't even sell green anymore. We just have elc and the purple crap you can mix w/ green.
