So finally got to messing around with the truck again. After replacing the pump and still having issues and trying another guage. I decided to buy another blue spring and take off the adjustable regulator housing with the trim spring.
No fuel pressure fluxuating!! So i believe the the trim spring was the issue. Well originally I think my weak fuel pump was this issue that I tried to cure with the adjustable housing. And after all the messing around its holding pressure great now. Too great actually, with the new pump and blue spring my truck sits at 73-78 psi at the bowl. So I have another blue spring being sent to me to lower the pressure now.
