tryed searching for either air dogs or fass or aeromotive and so on and couldnt find anything so i was wondering what everybody is running for upgraded fuel systems, i have far future ventures of running some 190/100s and a non vgt turbo and probably a upgrade on the fuel system is needing overhauled a little, pics would be nice if you could?

I love the idea of a low pressure pump system feeding a bigger pump, I have a low pressure FASS pump system feeding a fuelab pump. At first i ran the FASS feeding the stock pump(which is how it's recommended to be used) with 190's and had no issues what so ever. I made all my fuel lines...only thing left stock on my fuel system is the plastic tank. My system consists of a Hellmann's sump with a 5/8 line coming out and going into the FASS. Then a 5/8 line out of the FASS and into the fuelab pump, then 1/2 line out of fuelab and into a Y-block in the engine bay. Then 2 3/8 lines from Y-block straight to front of heads. Out of the back of the heads is where the RR takes over.

Cost no issue would be a Aeromotive unit with Dahl filter/water separator.

For those less inclined an AD150 and a fuel tank sump.

a fuelab would be better than a aeromotive IMO. Fuelab's are brushless and digital pumps....less failure rate and higher quality IMO.

We have regulated returns and aeromotive regulators and a1000 pumps in stock, our regulated return is the only one to use 90 fittings rather than banjos which makes install a breeze compared to threading 2 washers on a banjo
Through a line. Check out Our fuel systems here:

And don't forget to mention the PSA discount!

Trying to run a sump with 1/2" line to a napa filter base and cat 1R-0750 and then 1/2" to a 3/8" fitting at the stock HFCM then stock to the motor where i have dozers 3/8" lines and fuel bowl delete. the setup is going to feed 175/75 warren injectors and the stock pump held 75psi before the cab came off.

We will see tomorrow when the new regulator hopefully gets to PSE. Fingers crossed otherwise ill be looking into an A1000 or fuel lab. Which fuel lab are yall using? the one from strictly diesel and whats the best way to go about wiring it up. im trying to read back through the other thread and get as much from that as i can.

8-10 gauge wire to the battery, fused and a relay to the ignition at the fuse panel. to the a1000. Those 175s are thirsty jake!

im really hoping i can atleast get by for a week atleast. maybe have to use the reduced fuel tune matt sent me. need to get it outta the shop.

the plan is to swap the pump though but was hoping to have a small break between this work and doing that. but i also was talking with greg today and seems his setup of the b1212 and cat filter prepump and a1000 took a dump recently. and him not knowing the cause is not good as well.

how soon and what cost might a setup be if i have you setup the A1000 to have either the cat 2 mic or b1212 prepump and other post pump, the pump and then i guess i would just need some hose to run from the pump/filter setup to the T fitting. would i just need to put some hose in to fill the gap where the HFCM was on the return line? we talked about the pump itself but if you could supply a deal with hose and fittings and maybe other odds i might need it could speed up getting the truck back if its not just the regulator.

Definitely bud, and yes the return would be a new hose around the a1000 back to tank. The a1100 is a little more but doesn't require a sump and is the marine unit. Give me a call in the morning, ill hook it up for sure.
