What are these worth, and what kind of power/injectors are these good for? I found one BNIB on Craigslist for 750 OBO and wondering what I could do with it if I can get a deal on it. I did a search, but I didn't really find what I was looking for.

depends on what exhaust housing it has and how it was treated. t4 housings can be wroth up to 1000 used t6 id say a max of 800, I got mine for 400 in decent condition with a t6 and a $240 t4 housing and I was set. The ball bearing units are obviously more.

What is needed for injectors? Are they good for a single, or are the better suited for compound/procharged? From what I have seen they need huge injectors and can be a bit laggy.

Injector would be in the 300cc/200% area.

Im running 250/200's with the 4202 and it is laggy but i have pmr's and wierd tuning to keep every thing happy. With forged rods you could have better tuning and it would spool alot better then mine does currently. It is going to be laggier then stock for sure, but will more then make up for it once it spools, thats my 2cents anyway

I had a Gen 3 and a 4202R with 300/200s...

I wouldnt recommend that combo for a true daily driver. Good tuning got it close...but still a LOT of fuel.

Well I got him down to a good price. Another $50 lower and I would probably get it tomorrow. I'm probably going to think about it for a while, though, because either way it would just sit on the shelf for a year or so. I don't have the time or money right now to have my truck down for any extended amount of time for a build.

Mine made 62+ psi. Built bottom end with Crowers. Just to consider....

Yeah, I figure if I use it then I will need to do a lot of other stuff for it to hold together reliably. I already have minor stuff good for sub-500. Forged rods, 910's, push rods, etc. By the time I'm ready to do the work, though, I should be able to justify the cost of other supporting mods.

Did anything ever come out of Elmo's Procharger + 4202?

a gtx4294r will flow the air of a 4202 but spool up 300-350 rpms sooner.....

I agree that a GTX4294 is a better option, but at over triple the cost. I can get this 4202 for $650 shipped BNIB with the exhaust housing.

Anyone have any info or experience with a batmowheel setup on the JB 4202?

Wouldnt the t6 be the large turbine wheel. I know my BW if I go to a t6 it steps up to the 88mm exhaust exducer over the 83.5mm.

Big difference.
