Gauge cluster problems

Alright guys I have an 04 6.0 lariat f250 and before I started to tear into it and change injectors the speedo quit working and would come and go every now and then my first thought maybe it was a speed sensor. But then shortly after my odometer quit counting the mileage. It still lights up and says the last reading before it quit. Also I don't know if it's related or not but I have not seen my glowplug light come on not even once. Thought maybe it was a gas f250 dash but you can see the indicator. Anything will help thanks

Common problem. My brother had to get a new gauge cluster. Same problem you have and eventually he lost all gauges. New cluster was around 700$ I believe? From dealer.
