The converter will unlock, shift then relock the converter in some scenarios. That may be what you are feeling.

Edit- 24500psi is 168-169. So anything above 168 at wot your good. Lw measures in mpa.

My brand new hpfp and new fuel filters held 26500 at the track. Guess I need to upgrade the lp fuel system if your commanding 27k.

Warranty replacement a few months back. So no idea, sorry.

I found mine in the classified section on powerstroke.org. Brand new for $750. I see them on eBay too every now and then.

Damn.... I need to find that deal!! Just got my truck back from a new long block & all new injectors. injectors were completely shot, Don't wanna take the chance of the HPFP taking out my whole fuel system!!!

ive towed 4k with it - temps were no different then no load behind me with a tad more boost.

I have towed my C5 vette (3000lbs) on a flat deck car trailer (2000lbs),

also my big camper 2500lbs (terrible aerodynamics) plus the quad trailer (1000lbs) with 800lbs of bikes and fuel on it.

all this in the race tune no problems

When I had 37's I would not tow with the race. But now with smaller tires I would have no problems towing with it, just watch your temps like always.

So, changing the tire size on the SCT only affects Speedo? I thought it changed shift points?

Depends on how you change it. If you change it in the tune it effects shift points if you just change tire size without retuning it onky effects the speedo
