I picked up about a MPG in going from 37's to 35's. It only affects in town driving, though. I got 15-16 on the interstate with both set ups. 13-14 with 37's in town and 14-15 with 35's in town. I have had stock 3.73's the whole time also. I believe that weight has the biggest effect, closely followed by width.

My 37 Toyo wheel and tire combo cleared 100lbs easily. Sure it killed the MPG, but it really killed my back and legs rotating tires.

Alot of 37's arent true 37s. I would say the ProComp X-Terrains. 37x13.. And just so happens, I got a good used set for sale.:poke:

Huh? WTH does that mean? Are you saying that 37" tires are more like 36-36.75"? If so I agree. That holds true for ALL tire sizes though.

Platinum- Truck looks awesome! I noticed you dont have a location. PM me where abouts you are located. I like your setup. I assume those are 20's....I want 20's pretty bad with 37's but the 18's will have to do for now.

Thanks mallardslayer07 on the truck, yes they are 37 Toyo on weld 20's. Next set will be the Kumho MT, about $125 per tire less. I am in Middle TN. and as for your other thread I love duck hunting. I have not been in the last 3 or 4 years, if you dont draw a blind it gets expensive in a hurry.

Well we dont have much to worry about here in Texas. I hunt all private stuff so that keeps most of my cost down. The only problem right now is you can walk across my tanks that are usually 2-4 foot deep....:fustrate::doh:

Not a fan of toyo's personally, Mud Grapplers FTW!!! and yes they are very noisy and ride rougher but its one of the toughest tires ive seen and used. If your mainly a highway driver the toyo is fine, just more expensive. the mud grapplers look mean as hell too!

I dont know if they make the Super Swamper M-16 in an 18 but i have the 35/13.50/20. I love these. I have 30k on them and plenty of thread left. Good on and off road tire. I have been from NY to MT and back three times now. Not to loud like a mud grappler but good offroad capabilities too.

Just an idea if you only have money for half a set of rims and tires
