Got a OBD2 question

Ok I got a 94 model powerstroke and I was wonderin if I could add the obd2 port in somehow so I could run some of the better scanners? any Ideas?

The 94's have both ports on them. Sometimes the OBDII port is active (if the truck's PCM has been reflashed by the dealer previously ... as was done to my 94) and sometimes not. Some vendors (such as DP Tuner) can reflash them to later programming that enable the port. Cheers!
