So this is the whole handle not just a cover correct? I went to their site and they show a GM handle for that part #........:doh:

Yes they can be painted black.

Yes this is the whole handle (no bezel). Most websites show a GM handle but look at the descrption, it says ford superduty. Also, look at the pic I posted, clearly for a ford.
