H&S mini maxx (help)

Bought a new mini maxx and went to install but it will not go past initializing communication. Vendor sent a new obd II adapter and hdmi. Still nothing! I have confirmed that the tuner is updated on the website as well.....any other suggestions?

Unplug it from the OBDII cable and plug it in by the USB cable and then hit menu and it should go away and then you can plug it back into the truck and be fine. You can call me at the shop if you have any questions my extension is 205.
