Found a mini maxx race tuner for sale locally. Only thing throwing me off is the part number. Part number is 7009. Is this just an updated part number?

That is a part number applied by a third party vendor. It is most likely an international unit.

its an original race tuner from what i can see. you will need an unlock code form Mike to tune your truck with it.

What's the reason for needing an unlock code?

1.0.3.1 = street tuner = works on up to 14 Ford with no 6.7 unlock code necessary

serial # NA = international street tuner = it's the one you want!
