Halogen bulbs?

Are there any danger's with putting halogen bulbs in my 97 using factory wiring?

yup.... melting the harness and causing a dash fire. but u run that risk even with regular bulbs. upgrade the harness and dont look back.

Something like that will work. There are better kits out on the market tho..

I understand that I'm just on a tight budget right now trying to fix up this truck and get it road ready to go make me some money. I want to improve the night time vision, but don't want to throw in a set of HID's without the proper projectors and attract the wrong crowd (DOT).
