Hard start when cold NOT glow plug related

If it starts fine when plugged in, I would think it is the glow plug system. I know you said it's good, but it really sounds like a relay to me. I usually diagnose a relay by putting a screwdriver across the posts for 30 seconds on a cold start. If it starts more easily then you know it's the relay.

OK, Delo is good oil. That's Jakes choice brand. Not an oil issue. Didn't really think it was, just sometimes little details can escape us.
