Alright guys, long story short...

Family member has a 15 that is bone stock. Going 55+ when you lift off the accelerator, and then give it throttle again the truck will make a machine gun sound and the front end starts shaking/vibrating. Truck still accelerates and drives fine besides those 2 things. No overconsumption of oil or fuel, no leaks etc.

Ford techs have had the truck for over 2 months total of back and forth and claim they can not reproduce the issue. (Checked the trip and the truck was driven a total of 4 miles since they had it...) now ford nor the human resources department etc will return any of their calls.

Any help or ideas? Truck is from tombball ford in Houston, TX and believe it has sub 50k on the miles.

I'll try and get a video up soon.

Edit, just touched base and the truck was traded in on a new one with the dealer.

Mods can close this thread if you'd like.

That sucks man.....
My 15 has had a shimmy in the wheel since new, that comes and goes. Makes it hard to find issue.

Tell him to stop by the dealer grab a tech and service guys and take them for a ride. 4 miles is a joke for "supposedly driving it to find the issue". Sounds like it just went down the street 2-3 times and grabbed a coffee or donuts.

Is it like the old Death Wobble? (youtube) a lot of guys cured it by getting new tires, something about the balance. Im not sure but that would be a start for people with similar problems
