Help my live wire took a "poop"!

I have error 10028 that pops up on my sct anyone know a way to fix this for am I up s@#$s creek???:shrug:

Hmmm...haven't ran accross that code. I'd try calling SCT and telling them what's going on.

I ended up sending it back and they got it on the 6th and im just now getting it back on monday
