Help on how much to pay on truck?

Hey guys found this '11 over here in socal, doesnt seem like a bad deal. Told the guy i would give 40 out the door, he said he would try to make it work, but dont think it is going to happen how much would yall pay on this truck?

37,660.00 is what I come up with in FL. That would be no winters plus tax and tag. Hope this helps.

Here in nc I can't find a crew cab 6.7 for less than $40000 unless it's got a lot of miles or its a xl model

Didn't see the king suspension part and the laptop stand. 2.5" king front coils are worth $1500. Used coils I would say $1000-1200.

I would offer $34k and go from there. It's a nice looking truck, but remember mods don't add value to vehicles. You know when the person traded that truck in they didn't get money for the mods. Best of luck, seeing a lot of 6.7 trucks around my way going for under $40k with around 50,000 miles on them.
